We drove over to St. Augustine yesterday to show the New Yorkers the oldest city in the nation, and to enjoy one of Florida's prettiest towns. We ate lunch on the balcony at the A1A Ale House, which overlooks the Matanzas Bay and the Bridge of Lions. We toured the Spanish fort - the Castillo de San Marcos, and walked along St. George's Street.
