So, did you think that NO had made a decent comeback from Katrina? The pictures here look like things are not doing too badly. True?
Never mind. I just enlarged it and could read the sign. Funny!
I think so... although we were mostly in the French Quarter and I don't believe they were as affected as some of the people who live up closer to Lake Pontcharain. But things definitely seemed to be going well where we were!
For anyone that can't see the sign: it says "drove my chevy to the levee but the levee was gone" which is a line from the Don McClean song, American Pie.
