Yesterday we visited the Orange County History Center in downtown Orlando. What a great museum! Jack and Leah went on a "scavenger hunt" through all of the exhibits, looking for answers to questions on their worksheets. We started at the first exhibit, The Natural Environment, and traveled through time, learning about Native Floridians, European explorers, the Pioneers, the Citrus Industry, Florida Real Estate, Aviation, Tourism, Transportation, and of course, Disney. We also visited an actual courtroom and learned how courts are run.
