This past weekend, Leah competed in the USPC D-Rally in Deland, FL. After events including dressage, stadium jumping, and cross-country, Leah's team won second place in their division! During the competition, Leah fell from her horse and her horse, Angel, accidentally stepped on her arm... but besides a rather large bruise and scrape, Leah is fine! She got back on Angel and finished out the Rally. As her cousin Ashley says, "now she has a rider's soul!"

I was very proud of the terrific job you did at the rally and how brave you were to finish the cross country. I agree -- you really do have a "rider's soul"!
